Windows Terminal is a very useful application for anyone with the intermediate or advanced knowledge required to take advantage of it. In May 2020, a year after its official announcement, the first stable version of the project was released, and it has been regularly updated ever since. Windows Terminal was announced in May 2019 as a modern alternative to the Windows Console, and part of the code was uploaded to GitHub that same month. This is one of the newest features compared to the old Console: you can work with different tabs and perform several operations simultaneously. The program is set up to run Command Prompt, PowerShell, WSL, SSH, and Azure Cloud Shell Connector in different tabs. Basically, this app lets you run any application from the command line, including all Windows emulators, in a separate tab.
